Our Photo Shoot!!!

So I take the kids on a walk every afternoon that we can when its not raining. And they always do really cute things, and i think to my self "Oh i wish i had my camera" well today we went on a walk and i brought the camera. By the way i never take that stupid thing with me I always forget. So then i thought why dont we just take a bunch of pictures and then we can send out Christmas cards. I know a little late, better late than never. I did get some pictures of the kids, but i wish i had a better camera.

So we have been doing the whole potty training thing. I thought that it would be quick and she would just catch right on. No we have been working and working and working at it for a while now. She is doing really well. She will never tell me when she has to go, but today she did. That was a big step in her communication area.
This weekend we are doing alot of fun things. West gate in glendale is doing a big Christmas thing. So we are going to play in the fake snow(dont laugh) that is all we can get around here. Then we are going to take the free horse carriage ride with the kids. We have a ward party tonight. Not that excited about going, but it is something to do. Then we are going to go to the zoo lights. Not sure when what is happening, but we should have a fun filled Christmas weekend.
We have been busy getting together Christmas money. I have done some babysitting, and house cleaning to earn a dollar or two. I am going to start two new jobs here in the next couple of days. I am going to work from home doing some data entry for a company that needs someone to do that. I am also going to stock the greeting cards at the local stores around town. Scott is looking for another job, he has applied at the UofP, and maybe we can get some free education. He finished off his first semester with a 4.0 which is really wonderful. So over all we are doing great. We love learning about humility. It makes me such a better person. I love to put people before myself, I love helping my husband do the best he can. We are so grateful for what we have, and sometimes take it for granted. I am so thankful for the Lord and all that he blesses me with. Happy Holidays!!

What a couple of cuties! Congrats to Scott on the 4.0 - that is awesome! I'm glad you guys are hanging in there. I hope everything works out with your new jobs. Yea for Ashlynn - hang in there, because once she is totally potty trained it is so worth all the headache! I am inspired by your attitude towards your trials - you are such a strong person. I'm so glad we're friends!

They are so cute! You have SUCH a good attitude... I wish that I was so positive. Where did you find out about those jobs? I'm really looking for something like that. I wish I could offer suggestions about the potty training, but he has only recently completely graduated. :)

On craigslist. Or if you go to Hallmark.com they have a career section that you can apply for jobs.

Thanks! I've been looking at data processing jobs on craigslist, but most of them that I've contacted tell me there's a fee for materials (like $15 or whatever). Did yours have you do this? It just makes me worried that it's a scam or something, you know?

Those are some really cute pictures! I sure have been missing you this year. I think back to last year when I was prego and we'd leave our husbands with the kids and go shopping, out to eat, etc. And you can't forget New Year's Eve. . . I think I've been a little depressed you haven't been here!
